Lemon: suck a lemon with black pepper in
cough.
Spinach: do gargles from warm spinach water
to get rid of cough.
Turnip: boil turnip in water and drink its
water mixed with sugar.
Methi: boil 4 spoons of methi seeds in water.
Strain water when remains half. Drink it warm.
Oil: in case of cold cough, take 4 spoons
of oil and same quantity of mishri and boil in 1 glass of
water. Drink it when water remains half. Drink it three times
a day.
Black pepper: eat black pepper mixed with
mishri.
Coffee: drinking black coffee in very effecting
in cough.
Paan: mix carom in paan and eat it if cough
disturbs you more at night.
Garlic: cook some cloves of garlic on 62
grams of mustard oil. Massage this oil on chest and neck.
Drink 20 drops of garlic juice mixed with pomegranate juice.
Stop eating sour things. Mint: drink tea mixed with little salt and mint. Wheat: take 20 grams of wheat and 9 grams of sondha namak and boil it in 1 glass of water. Boil it until remains 1/3 of total water. Strain this water and drink daily for 7 days. Turmeric: mix turmeric and salt in warm water and drink in cough.
Carom seeds: eat carom seeds followed by drinking warm water. Ginger: take some ginger juice and drink 3 times a day for 10 days. It is very effective in black cough. Do not eat yogurt or sour things in this period. Boil 12 grams of ginger piece in 1 glass of milk. Strain it and drink to get relief from cough.
